12. *** We have the right to scale any container that may be over the 80,000 lbs weight limit restrictions

16. *** Reefer cargo weights should be 39,000 lbs 40,000 cargo weight to stay under 80,000 lbs gross weight Tractor / Tare Weight / Cargo Weight
17. *** Export Loads Dry or Temperature loads we will not be responsible for smell / rust / or dirty floor. . If container is refused for any reason other than damages with holes dry run cost will apply

19. *** Prepulls to yard we have 48 hours to return empty container / loaded container we will not be responsible for any Per Diem on dropped boxes AT ALL NO EXCEPTIONS.

21. *** Chassis Splits $100.00 depending on origin & termination locations
22. *** Additional Chassis Fee’s may be billed separately pending “days out” are determined

27. *** It is the receiver's responsibility to clean all debris from import containers or there will be additional fees charged.
28. *** It is the customer / forwarder's responsibility to provide the last free day and/or cut off date, as well as changes to ERD’s for all orders received.
29. ***Delivery appointments cancelled within 48 hours of delivery appointment are subject to truck ordered and not used fees, chassis fees.

31. ***Please note Due to ELD’s,(Electronic Device) rates will increase as of January 1, 2018. With the implementation of electronic logs, your shipment may require more chassis days in order to make sure it is delivered on time and returned back to the required port location.
32. All moves have 2 hour free time loading or unloading, Please note a $400 layover fee may be implemented on detention over 3 hours in some areas.***
33. Any moves totaling 600 miles round trip will be accessed a layover fee of $400 ( if not included)
If we have a container in our possession and the shipper, consignee, or SS line cannot accept the container, after 1 day of our standard charges, each additional day will be billed at:
$60/day chassis
$60/day yard storage
$150/day Tri Axle
